Heritage

Heritage is fall-bearing, ready to be picked when the apples ripen. It has the rich, full and intense flavor expected of a fresh raspberry. Excellent for eating out of hand, salads, freezing and canning. These are sold only as pick-your-own since they are so highly perishable when ripe. The September berries keep producing until we have a hard freeze. Some days they are a little hard to find but well worth the effort. Ask and we will share our neighbor's recipe for a raspberry cordial liquor.
